I am fairly young, however, I know I need to be more proactive if I want to prevent disease or look as young as I am now. Once your health and youth are destroyed, it’s much harder (and expensive) to undo the damage.

However, I didn’t have a clear plan on how to incorporate more healthy changes in my life. The information presented by Dr. Ron and the other experts showed me there is such a thing as a "stop button" for aging, and my diet and lifestyle changes can absolutely control that button. I’m excited to put everything into practice. The course is super-actionable, the changes are doable and easy to gasp. I listen to it on my way to the gym actually. Amazing stuff.
