Her programs and expertise are sought after by entities like the Pentagon, Naval Special Warfare Command, USSOCOM, health and wellness companies, and nonprofits. Featured on multiple military podcasts, a three-time published author, and a consultant for mental health documentaries, Trisha remains committed to creating effective, lasting solutions that reset the fight/flight, prevent NSD and various crises, and enhance quality of life, readiness, and resilience for those on the front lines—and beyond.
