Her transition from the financial sector to the wellness industry underscores her commitment to making a meaningful impact on public health.

Kash Rais is an accomplished Chief Financial Officer with over 25 years of experience leading financial strategy and operations across diverse industries. Known for driving sustainable growth, optimizing financial performance, and guiding companies through complex transitions, Kash brings a proven track record of strategic leadership and fiscal discipline. With deep expertise in corporate finance and operational management, he has played a pivotal role in scaling businesses and delivering long-term value to stakeholders.

With an MBA from Shanghai and a Marketing degree from Sydney, Marketa brings an international outlook and a passion for driving growth through data and creativity. Her career journey spans fast-moving start-ups and international fintechs, where she honed her expertise in data analytics, marketing strategy, and building powerful partnerships. At Zonia, she leads affiliate growth and joint venture partnerships, working at the intersection of health & wellness and tech to create game-changing marketing campaigns that make a real impact. Marketa is deeply passionate about learning Chinese, staying on top of the latest tech trends, and exploring the world with her family and friends. Maria studied Tourism Management in the Netherlands, and her career has since taken her across various countries, including time spent living in Vilnius and Dubai - experiences that have shaped her global perspective. She has built extensive experience in both face-to-face and phone-based sales, and has successfully managed teams while mentoring and supporting new and existing team members in their growth within the customer support field. Currently, Maria serves as Head of Customer Service at Zonia, where she is passionate about holistic wellness and deeply committed to helping people transform their lives through education, care, and meaningful support.

Pasha has a BS in Economics and an MA in Arts Management, which she pursued at the University of Melbourne and completed at Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Lisbon. Her professional experience spans several countries — Bulgaria, the UK, Australia, Portugal, and the US — where she has worked in marketing & communications, and project management. Throughout her career, she has led teams in international environments, with a focus on broadcasting companies. She was responsible for leading the creative and marketing strategies behind major projects, including Big Brother, X Factor, and Dancing with the Stars, among others. In her current role as Launch Manager at Zonia, Pasha oversees all creative processes involved in launching new docuseries and related content.

Gergana holds a Master's degree in IT Innovations in Business and combines experience in Accounting, Quality Assurance, and Project Management. She began her career in recruitment and later moved into software testing, where she developed sharp analytical skills and a strong eye for detail. With her business background and technical knowledge, she bridges the gap between business goals and development. As IT Project Manager at Zonia, she oversees the full development cycle and ensures the smooth delivery of Zonia's high-quality digital products. Gergana thrives in dynamic environments that require clear communication, collaboration, and problem-solving. Passionate about healthy living, she finds balance through yoga and fitness — and sees her role at Zonia not just as a job, but as a mission to empower others through accessible, science-backed content.

Blaga Miteva recently joined Zonia as Content Marketing Manager, bringing over 13 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and lead generation. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA, she combines a strong analytical mindset with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.

Blaga has worked across diverse sectors—from eCommerce to smart home technology—where she led successful multi-channel campaigns and built data-driven marketing systems that delivered measurable growth.
