 1. Stay Hydrated: The Importance of Water for Skin Hydration

When your body is lacking in hydration, you’re likely to see it in your skin – tautness and roughness are typical. And in the worst cases, individuals may also see flaking.

So, it’s critical to keep your skin hydrated. If you haven’t been drinking eight 8-ounce glasses of water daily, your skin may be unable to retain moisture.

Drinking enough water after severe dehydration can make a marked difference in your skin’s appearance and texture. It does so by boosting the skin’s surface moisture levels and elasticity. Post-rehydration, you may notice increased skin volume and softness.
